This page is for property and realty management to sign their companies up for an account with Plumbing Wizardz LLC. Due to previous issues with other property management companies we will not be offering immediate open credit accounts. If you wish to setup an account with Plumbing Wizardz for our Open End Service Agreement you must: have our service agreement signed and noterized before we will consider opening any accounts in the furture. You must also provide us with a current vender list with whom your company has been doing business with for a minimum of 2 years. You also authorized Plumbing Wizardz LLC to contact such vendor(s) to verify your account and past business with.
By submitting this form and information you are authorizing Plumbing Wizardz LLC. to run a credit check on the company requesting an open-end credit service account. Submittal of this form does not immediately open an account with Plumbing Wizardz LLC. After careful review you will be notified when your account has been accepted via phone or email.
