Open End Service Agreement Terms

• From herein Realty or Property Management will be known as “Client”.
• Plumbing Wizardz LLC. extends credit terms on a 15/30 day basis on client accounts.
• All accounts MUST be paid in full as per your agreement stated on your terms sheet.
• Accounts that are overdue are charged a monthly service charge of 28% or a minimum of $65.00.
• Returned checks will be charged a $85.00 service charge and turned over to collections.
• An account turned over for collections shall be levied for all attorney fee's Plumbing Wizardz LLC. incurred to collect on such accounts.
• An account not in good standing will recieve 1 complimentary call to discuss your account. If no effort has been made to resolve your account within 5 business days of the complimentary third (3RD) call your account will be turned over to collections without notice.
• All signed job/invoices are final completion on work Client contracted Plumbing Wizardz LLC. to perform.
• All job/invoice's that exceed $750.00 must be paid in full within 5 business days of jobs completion or invoice completion date.
• Client must have someone (Tenant/Landlord/Property Manager) on site/property to sign invoice upon completion of jobs contracted by Client.
• Plumbing Wizardz LLC. will not enter a home without an adult 18 years of age or older.
• Plumbing Wizardz LLC. will not enter a home where a tenant of customer is not home without prior permission from Client, Landlord or Tenant.
• Plumbing Wizardz LLC. will call Tenant or Landlord when in route to jobs contracted by Client.
• Plumbing Wizardz reserves the right to cancel any property management contact and/or account at anytime for any reason we deem necessary.
